Business problem:
The implementation of movement control order (“MCO”) and the corresponding company-wide work-from-home policy led to a significant drop in employee’s performance and work productivity.
The solution:
Developed a virtual health and task tracker to monitor employees’ wellbeing and working hours. The health tracker records employee’s temperature, COVID-19 symptoms (if any), visits to high risk area, and vaccination status.
The task-tracking component records employees’ clock-in and clock-out duration.
Business impact:
Enabled senior management to make data-driven decisions on business continuity planning, financial forecasts, and targeted productivity enhancement initiatives.
