Over a 4-month period, we developed an internal workflow app for Hong Kong taxi drivers, enhancing shift management, location tracking, vehicle leasing, and payroll tracking, while streamlining HR, invoicing, and driver onboarding for HKPM.

Development of a workflow app for taxi drivers in Hong Kong
Taxi drivers use the app to
- Check In & out of shifts
- Location tracking
- Lease their private vehicles to the company
- Track payroll from the company
HKPM uses the app to
- Complete HR module for managing taxi driver’s working schedule
- Create and manage invoices and payment to drivers and vehicle owners
- Onboard new drivers and renewing contracts
