Business problem:
Current academy processes uses different tool for different operations:
- Staff needs to be trained longer before they can completely manage operations
- Fragmented data in each software, making it hard to perform analysis and generating reports
The solution:
Combined attendance taking, course enrollment, payment, invoicing and video courses all into one app.
Business impact:
Convenience for both customers and operations team to have centralized app for enrolling into classes, paying for classes, viewing coach reviews on students and ease of management of academy for staff team.
